UK Outlook for Saturday 3 Feb 2007 to Monday 12 Feb 2007:

Scotland and Northern Ireland will be rather unsettled with rain at times, especially in western Scotland. Some brighter drier spells are also expected. England and Wales should retain a good deal of dry weather, with clear/sunny spells, although it will occasionally be rather cloudy with mainly light rain. Patchy overnight fog may also occur for a time. Strong winds are likely at times across the north of Britain with gales likely in the far north. Temperatures nationwide should be mostly near or a little above normal at first, but are likely to decline with time as the possibility of colder, more wintry, interludes increases, more especially across England and Wales. There is a possibility of more widespread wintry conditions spreading to many other parts later in the period.
